Preparation of black Tea ( fully fermented )

Always use cold water from your tap or water purifier 

( never preheated water ) and heat it to 100 degrees

Celsius ( boiling point ). Steep your black Tea for 2.5  

minutes if you drink it without milk or sugar. After 2.5 

minutes your Tea has released its full amount of caffeine 

but very little  polyphenols  -  flavor components-(also falsely named tannin) .

 If you prefer your Tea with milk, with or without sugar, you 

should infuse 3 to 5 minutes. Use a good heaped teaspoon 

per cup  ( 1.5g to 2.0g )  with big leaf Tea, and one level 

teaspoon with broken Tea or fannings.
